- Heavy Equipment Operator with construction experience
- Construction Estimator with prior bidding experience
- Construction Project Manager with construction experience

Heavy Equipment Operator – Required Skills:
- Operation of heavy equipment including Excavators, Dozers, Backhoes and Wheel Loaders in a safe and effective manner
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Operate Bulldozer and/or Excavator with or without GPS Technology
- Properly follows company and OSHA Safety Procedures
- Proactively communicates with Foreman and Co-workers to promote teamwork and productivity
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Have a knowledge of or be willing to learn how to operate dozers and excavators with GPS machine control
Construction Estimator – Required Skills:
- Must have experience estimating projects
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications
- Produce cost estimates for competitive bids
Project Manager – Required Skills:
- Experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Ability to read and interpret Construction drawings and specifications
- Plan all construction operations and schedule to ensure deadlines met
- Supervise the work of laborers, sub-contractors and give them guidance
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Leadership abilities with communication and negotiation skills
Construction Laborer – Required Skills:
- Experience preferred, but will train
- Dependable & Reliable
- Strong work Ethic and Positive attitude
- Properly follows company and OSHA Safety Procedure
- Willingness to Learn and Follow instructions
